Attended a gong, meditation. Charee has a variety of glass bowls and metal gongs that make an incredible sound that is fully immersive. For the first 10-15 min I had a lot of negative thoughts and feelings, but by the end I was so relaxed and calm it was like I was a different person.

I attended Charee's ecstatic dance session last night and it was beyond fun!! I was a little nervous because I wasn't sure what to expect but my experience was really blissful. The sound healing as we meditated after dance was amazing. I left feeling like I just woke up from a great sleep. I can't wait to do this again.

Monday was my first sound bath. I went because Charee told me it could help with sleep and pain so I wanted to try it. My dog Penny was with me in the silk which was so cool. I put an eye pillow on my eyes when I got set up and realized the silk might be the most comfortable thing ever lol. It was so cozy.

I attended one of Charee's Decompression Aerial Yoga classes and I would definitely recommend to anyone. Whether you are a newbie, like me, or a seasoned yogi, Aerial Yoga provides deep stretches that you just can't get with normal stretching. Charee is extremely knowledgeable and you can tell she enjoys what she does.

I highly recommend Charee I been to her Decompress Aerial Yoga classes and I am telling you I feel great afterwords. I suffer from fibromyalgia and also scoliosis of the spine this is a wonderful class for people with back problems or any problems. Charee is a great teacher and makes you feel welcome. She is right by your side if needed. The best part about is it’s relaxing and fun!!
